i had done my exhaust manifold on my 106gti. was tinking about doing it on the corsa but heard now that it some times causes the manifold to crack?
a couple of my mates were speaking about heat wrapping the exhaust from manifold to back box. is this a good idea? they own a 300bhp focus rs and the other owns a mini cooper s.

not really a great idea doing the whole system.
Can also promote corrosion if the car isnt used a lot. Damp lagging etc.
Worth doing the manifold though

what about inlet manifold would it not be the same as it would keep cold air in or would it prevent hot air escaping?

you get it off ebay. my mates brother takes stuff back from offshore.
they both are obsessed with making the cars cooler and lighter.
