hi there got a vauxhall corsa b 1.2 16v, problem is, im driving along normally and get to about 60mph and then the engine lags and the engine mangegment light comes on, i take my accerlerator and put it back on and the light goes off until im accelerating again.

recently had changed to rectifiy the problem -
coil pack
catalyic convertor
spark plugs.

any ideas why this is happening.

could it be the lambda sensor?????

Try checking the diagnostics, or get a garage to read it. Should have a fault code stored in the ecu which will tell you where the fault is.
