So I've got a firewire port on my computer, can I go down comet etc. and buy any old cable, aslong as it fits both sockets yeah?
And, Ive not got any software, do I need some software specific to my camcorder or can I use any video editing software?
Do I need a driver if its using firewire?
Cheers, Corb.
