for some reason iam having trouble heading the ball at the moment i dont know why and iam bloody closing my eyes all time tell me some tips from fellow footie players on here, how to bloody keep yours eyes open for directin the ball towards goal or fellow players etc stupid question i know but some tips be helpful

Only one thing for it...
KEEP YOUR EYES OPEN haha
Also watch the ball onto your head...its all about the practice...try throwing a ball against a wall so it bounces back for you to run at and header...

I'm not tall but I win most of my headed battles in midfield - it's all about having grit and determination and putting your head where it may hurt. Most players don't like a battle

tbh mate im 6ft6 and im not great in the air at all i really need to practise too.

Put your head in mate, I find the use of an elbow is particularly handy when the ref isn't watching Tip for winning a header off a throw in when standing behind the opposition player - little sneaky nudge always puts them off, never get caught by the ref
