Took the bolts out of the rear arches and had the arches bonded back on. Also had the metal arch lining cut back a inch or two by a bodyshop. When looking at rims back sure at the most they are et40, ideally et42/45 (bit rare though). I found most of the wheels I looked at where et40, which is what I ended up going for, with low pro 205/35/18 Toyo T1R rubber. Seemed to do the job

small amount.

rears need arch bolts and spats trimming

fronts needed a lump removing, run your had round the arch and you'll feel the bit that has to go

See I never had a problem with rubbing on the front, don't know if it was because Tj's was an sri opposed to my sxi. Had the same Katana's as him, et40 with the same tyres too... Full lock was no problem....
