haha just found this picture of a corsa on the autotrader, fuckin pissed myself when i saw it! check out the offset of those wheels haha, no wonder they havn't lowered the car, u can't lol! pmsl

agreed, i paid £2,000 for my 1.2 8v about a year and a half ago, it was in the paper for £2,250 and that was bog standard bar the gmax kit and k&n!

Not really, it's old, it's not a particuly special model so it's worth about £1700 max.

i disagree mate, its on a v with 59k on the clock and it does have a fair bit of stuff on it, wheels, fully colour coded, front bumper, skirts, grille, side reps, wiper arms, so i would say its worth around the asking price, maybe 2000 to 2100 i would say!

Modifying your car DOES NOT increase it's value. I own pretty much the same car as that minus the mods, when I sell it next month I will only be expecting about £1300 for it, if that.

MODDING you car will add value ONLY if you find the right buyer who WANTS the mods you have done....

IE I would pay a bit more if I was looking for corsa sport if it already had suspension done(well), speedlines on etc..

All about finding the right buyer.

I sold my W Reg corsa for £1800 but that did only have 25k on it. TBH i think i was lucky to even get £1800 for it

I sold my old W reg 1.0ltr Corsa B for £3400 back in March. Not bad considering the book value at the time was 2k. As already mentioned its about finding the right buyer, in my case a 17 year old with rich parents
