im sorry if this has been asked to death but ive got a 1.2ls and im after a 2.0l engine. how much would it cost for somebody to provide all the parts and engine, and fit. start to finish, wiht all the required bits uprated.
and how reliable are corsa's with the c20xe fitted?for an everyday driver?

£1500 is average price for everything supplied and fitted although budget more as things often go wrong.that is also for an engine that probably has little history etc. I drive mine everyday and its fine.

the price is roughly 1300 if using corsa gsi shafts etc. that is based on paying around 500 for an engine

With a XE you get teething problems for the first few weeks, then they are fine.
i think alot of people use them as everyday cars.
As lee said prices are between 1300-1500
500 engine
500 labour to fit
300-500 parts to fit the engine

god where u guys buying the engines 
redtop's are readily available up here for £250-£300 for good ones,
no history or proven mileage ones go for £150 
maybe ill buy 1

Now a days you can get a Engine and full fitting parts for 500

i paid £300 for my engine and ecu and loom.
mine is an everyday car no problems yet *touches wood*
