replaced dispack as i was only running 2 cylinders, had injectors checked etc and it wont pull after 3000rpm's so im guessing ive coked the egr up... would it possibly have this affect if the egr was stuck open?? car runs fine idles fine etc but just wont pull were its suppost to,

1 last thing .... is it possible to test a diffrent egr on the car (without dismatling half the engine) if i could get the plug free of the inlet etc and into the open and plug it in without fitting it fully (if that makes sence)?

only reason i think its the egr is because it was running fine up until the coil packed in and i ran it on 2 cylinders while i tryed to suss out what it was ... also been on a diagnostic machine and no faults showed up

hmm...overfuleing/missfaires can cause a cat to block up....could be ur problem

maybe ... previously due to overfuelling my exhaust and cat were glowing red with heat... possibly damaged it / blocked as you say, ill try a new cat then easier than replacing the egr for sure

thanks 4 your help ... maybe the cat is blocked as it sounds like a drag car after 3000rpm
