Im after an image being made to be used for a logo, and wondering how easy it would be for someone, what sort of cost...and if anyone can/wants to do it?
Im after something like the image below, a crazy looking clown type face. Sorry for the small pic, it gives you an idea though, kind of cartoony.

do you mean you will provide the sketch and you want someone to copy it or do you a design from scratch?

kind of from scratch but using that image as a basis of what Im after. Thats the largest I can find it though.

hmmm, I might be able to do something from a design you had drawn or copy try to copy that one - could also merge existing pictures together to a new image if you found something else you particularly wanted (at a decent size).....
Need more information about what you are after really (text, colours, gradients, size etc etc).
I've used photoshop quite a lot - know my way round it ok and that - but I've never tried copying other images by hand.
Also, how long would you wait for it to be done?
Depending on complexity could do it free or a small cost.....

Im in no rush for it TBH.
I'll try and find some larger images, after aa face similar to that one there but without the flamed hair!

ok well if i get a spare time i may give it a go for ya...if not i wont  but i wont want paying u shud try it yaself sketch it roughly on some paper and keep adjusting it till ur happy then scan it in and its easy

I was going to wait until I got my Wacom tablet before having a go myself, but could do with it sooner than I'll have that so thought Id see if the nice people of CS could help!!

Yeh, thats probably best - do a design on paper then you know better whether you can do it yourself or give it to someone else.....if you need any help just shout!
