It was voted by the young public so can't really argue with it. You might not like him but hes obviously high up there to the young kids

id like to hear someones reason fo voting for him.

Was it his performances at the WC? Or him setting the Prem alight this year?

no, Gerrard had done nothing when he was that young, wasnt even in the Liverpool team IIRC. And he shouldnt of won the main one either, which he didnt.

Why, do you think Theo deserved to win it Jamie?

At what point did I say Theo deserved it

TBF though, when he has played for Arsenal he has normally had an effect. Maybe not enough to win the award though.

Is Aaron Lennon young enough to of been in with a chance?

Who were the other nominees?

No, I was asking you IF you think he deserved it. Wasnt sure if you thought he did or not TBH!

Other nominees were...

Sam Northeast - Cricket
Philip Clapp - Rowing
Paul Drinkhall - Table tennis
Elizabeth Clegg - Athletics
Gordon Reid - Wheelchair tennis
David Daniell - Cycling
Imogen Cairns - Gymnastics

Im not saying he wont be a great great player, as he has all the chances of going on to be one. But he has done nothing IMO to deserve winning it THIS year...he hasnt broken into the England team and he hasnt even broken into an injury hit Arsenal team to get a regular spot...both arent his fault though.

Sven must of picked the winner TBF.
