I dont want people to start saying you get what you pay for as i have seen a few "non brands" that are better quaity than the likes of sony.
I am after a 32"- 40" lcd. I cant afford £1500.
so i want to know if you have a non branded tv
what make it is
what size
how much
where from.
People with sonys etc i am not bothered about

You get what you pay for and you haven't seen a properly set up sony from the past couple of years that doesn't look as good as a non brand.

well you might get what you pay for, but is it justified.
im sorry but i really dont think its worth paying an extra £1000 for a sony which might give marginely better image quality.
fact is sony use premium pricing, is the image better than a budget yes probally, but worth £1000 imo no.

You can get a brilliant 32" sony for around 700 quid.
Thats only a couple of hundred, 300 max more than you will pay for a non brand one.
If you don't have the money for a 700 quid tv you don't really have any choice though and of course just buy a cheaper one.

I had a bush 32" LCD HD and after 3 weeks developed a fault..Bought Hitachi after that and there is a big quality difference in sound and picture..
Although my mum bought 32" MAxim and it is not bad at all...£400..
Also dad just got a 'lexsore' is it...And seems ok for £500....

I'm sure you'll "find" one somewhere like you usually do
