jus would like to know what kind of deal he's on because 380 a month is like a rate of 3.25% and interest rates havent been there since 2003

john, its not bad, buts its not a cheap as i'd like
interest rate is fixed for a few years though, due to us both graduating and putting good deposit down we got a slighyl better rate, with fees paid for etc

Its not that hard if you work hard and don't live in an expensive part of the country.
I sold my 52 reg Clio for my deposit of £4250. I bought a N reg Pug 106 diesel (crap I know but who cares for £4000. I settlef my £1K loan.
I bought a 2 bed flat for £83K, was originally up for £95K but the couple were splitting up.
I'm on a £20k a year job so its not like I'm rich. I'm just 22 btw. Just taken a loand out to pay for the bigger things I'm having done.

I'm 22 never been in debt and don't have a credit card. I've always paid with what I have.
Moved out with a mate two years ago, selling up and doing it alone now.
Bought a nice one bed in a real nice location of Hereford £128,000, putting down 6k
No way selling the bike so bought my volvo 840 for £350!
Mortgage alone is £750.
At the moment I'm taking home just under £2.5k each month with a bit of overtime, I'll piss it as long as I have my job.
How other people do it I have no idea..
