upped since last time i read into it then... afaik when it was first issued, they were capping to 128k due to network issues during the upgrade...

i use my nokia n70 with my laptop and get speeds of 425kbps (3G) i would also look at the T mobile data cards as they have some good deals, vodafone also do them
