when i put my gearbox back in and put everythig back together my anti roll bar was hard against the maniold. i was told there is a spacer kit made for this?
my mate has ordered new longer bolts and he is using nuts to space it from the manifold.
i just thought i would ask if anyone else had this problem
oh and if there is spelling mistakes i have drunk to much

Spacer is better than taking it off IMO.

Have you just replaced the box with a standard GSi box?
Surely the best solution would be to find out why it is hitting and sort it, cant be anything to much.
Its no wonder most old cars are wrecks when people are saying anti-roll bars are hitting so just take them off

if you didnt have the problem before, you've done something wrong putting it back together somehere. the manifold shouldnt touch the anti roll bar

Removing the ARB can improve the turn-in assuming the rear of the car is suitably stiff. Normally it comes at the cost of traction though if you don't have an LSD. I would be curious as to why the manifold is touching it though - that shouldn't happen.
