You can indeed get a performance cat, a performance silcencer wont really restrict much power but it will reduce the sound, i have a straight through centre silencer with a standard cat and its stupidly loud, sets of car alarms everyday, well wen its on the road

Got mine off of ebay from these guys http://stores.ebay.co.uk/GT3-EXHAUSTS cost around 50 quid plus postage, tbh if ur going down the route of cats get a decat cause a performance cat wont really do much espically since they cost about 200-300 quid for a performance cat, around 80 quid for a standard cat and around 50 for a decat. But at the end of the day its ur money and ur choice, my perosnal opinion for out and out noise, decat and straight thru centre section with a decent back box. keep your standard cat for MOT time so u can pass it, but if you kno an MOT tester that will take a few quid keep the decat on
