Unbelievable the way cars gain weight as they bring out newer models. The new Clio 197 "Sport" actually weighs 60kgs MORE than the original classic Subaru!!! WTF?
Ah yeah, P1's weighed more! I know the Clio is daft! All that safety they all have to have now, its ruining hot hatches.

I personally would still prefer the STI over the Cupra tho matey. Difference is, for a fast front wheel drive to keep up with you, the conditions would have to be perfect! The STI will perform the same in rain, snow grit etc etc I know for a fact there wouldnt be many occasions where my TVR would beat my P1 even though Ive got 100bhp+ more and weigh 250kgs less!
BUT I wouldnt pay £5k insurance tho!! How does that compare to the Cupra insurance?

Haha, my insurance on a newer, more powerful, more dangerous, more expensive Tuscan is actually £200 cheaper than my P1 was?
Its a shame but Subarus and Evos have become the target for TWOCERs and bank robbers and because of falling prices have fallen into the hands of less "sensible" drivers
