We had our first game back today and won 4 - 0. I got man of the match as well 
Trained all the way through the holidays so that helped big time

I made my return to training from injury last week, decided I didnt want to play yesterday. So will be back next week I imagine.

played yeaterday. only had 2 training sessions over the festive period so I was absolutely b*******ed lol.
took me about 30 mins to get into the running etc. got subbed after an hour but was glad in a way as i needed a rest

Started last Saturday...got beat 3-2 in the last minute...played sunday and won 1-0 in the cup...
Played full 90 mins in both but still have the tail end of a chest infection so was a lot quieter than normal...
