Looking at renting a 3 bed house, trying to come up with an idea of what my bills will be?
I know:
Rent: £900
Council Tax: £100
Broadband: £25
Home Phone: £18
TV Licence: £11
And have estimated:
Gas: £35
Electric: £35
Water: £30
Contents Insurance: £15
Sound about right?

can you not get a pretty mega motgage for £900? whats the reasons for renting???

Renting with 2 friends, so its only £300 each.. first time moving out so want to test the water before i jump in with a mortgage..

£900 near where me and Mike live doesnt get you very much even renting unfortunately
