I have just not long got my computer back after an upgrade now i have the new windows media player 11 but for some reson i cant play the dvds on it that i have downloaded

Whats going on? before i used to be able to play them now i cant

probs need a codec pack installing just download vlc media player or install ffdshow.

yeah divx player is nice i wouldnt use media player though tis to bloated.

have you actually installed the ffdshow pack as that should let you play pretty much anything.

ok download VLC Media Player, if it wont play on that, it DEFINATELY doesnt have correct codec installed, or there is a hardware driver issue somewhere...
