Hoping you don't get a piece of wood in the box.

A friend bought a laptop and got some cardboard bits in the box (weighing almost same as the laptop contents if they were in)

Now, how to prove otherwise esp if it is registered delivery and you signed for it, how will you claim via paypal?

same applies for some HK sellers

There is a claim process you can go through on ebay called summit like " Item arrived but wasnt as described" ebay then does all the hard work for you to try n resolve it

and how will you prove that? it's not as easy as you think

they send it signed delivery, in a ps3 box. How will you prove the contents were not in? It's not about witnesses in a court, it's online, and would be almost impossible to prove it...They will claim that you received it and now claiming otherwise
