Right, new fan switch is in, new themostat on, rad. flushed and everything working...Until friday when the fan didnt kick in and boiled the water.
So at the moment the fan is on constant and the water level is correct.
It boiled the water again on the way to work and dumped all of the water out of the water bottle, this is with the fan on costant as awaiting to test the 2nd fan switch to see if its faulty.
Anyone have any ideas why this is happening.

Seems fine, no clogs as flushed it all out the other weekend

i mean perhaps the impeller has come off the back of the water pump, can you see it flowing back into the bottle ok?
