Hey beardy, I work for a web design company, we do high volume, low budget high quality websites, I thnk its about £130 for a 5 page site designed, you can get a few good extras for a small abit more,
we also have an award winning content management system, so once the site design is finished and we have done the 5 pages for you you can log in and add more pictures / pages/ change the text yourself etc..
