i use this dynamic dns service. and its free for the basic setup (which is all u need for re-direction)

yes i do Ill be getting a dedicated web server soon. The main reason I dont wanna pay is becoz i want a SQL server database and support for ASP.Net and it starts getting quite exspensive

as much as I hate to advise it but bpweb.net i believe do windows based servers for asp.net, thats who we get our *nix servers from!
