Ok, ill see if you'l need a new Headunit to sun subs or not, might do for now.
IMO, when building your boot build etc, less is more.
Ignore those bellends on pimp my ride, i mean, who wants a 32" plasma in thier fuckin boot.

right lets clear a few things up
1. you can fit 6.5" (17cm) speakers in the front no problems with a set of adapters like these......
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Vauxhall-Corsa-Front-Speaker-Mounts-Adaptors-BRAND-NEW_W0QQitemZ170074965549QQihZ007QQcategoryZ1498QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem thes are universal and take both 13 am 17cm speakers
2.Rear speakers are either 10 or 13 cm and fit in the rear 1/4 plastic trim (bit the parcel shelf rests on)
pic of the stock rear speaker..........

3. if you want to run an amp you going to need a better head unit. i very much doubt that your current head unit has rca's
one of the easyest setups is a set of 6.5" (17cm) componants amped up front. rear speakers run off the head unit for some rear fill if you need it and a sub or 2 in the boot

to be honest mate your best bet of getting this to work is to go to your local ICE place and asking them
from reading this thread it seems people on here are getting confused between the corsa B and corsa D
from looking on autoleads website it appears you dont need speaker collars at all
or they are not in production yet

its just you i have been playing about with audio for 10+ years so i should know how to measure a speaker
speakers are round so it dont matter which way you measure them
5 1/4 (13cm) and 6 1/2 (17 cm) relates to the actual cone/frame size if you included the mounts 5 1/4 speaker would come out at 6" or more
