Now why the fuck would it have changed by itself? I've done a system retore to last week, and it's not changed from Moderate 
I've also found my old thread where I solved my NAT problem in the past, done the Port Forwarding lark again, and it's still Moderate

Xbox360 lingo. It should read Open, which means i'll have no problems interacting with other 360 Live people. My IP shouldn't have changed, how do I find out my current IP?

Yep I can access that no problems, thats how I solved my last NAT problem. Something DMZ related last time. Not sure what DHCP is though.
