Could someone tell me about th legalities of an engine change. I realise that the DVLA and insurance companies need to be informed.

Im currently with flux, but may change near the converion time. Do you still have to fill in an engineers report after the conv, what does this concist of?

Also, how do i inform the dvla of the change, and what do i need to tll them (eg engine number)
