bought an item, 2 months later i still not received it, seller stopped replying to emails a week after the auction ended. Paid by paypal, is there anything i can do? been looking around the help topics on ebay and paypal but cant seem to findanything useful

Have a look on the item see what protection it had.
You also have a deadline to file a complaint. Might be 60 days?
