What size are they exactly?
Does the Ecotec use the same size valves?

all 1.4 and 1.6 16v corsa b's use the same size valves, contary to popular belief that the c16xe uses bigger valves than the x16xe. i have done alot of reading into the valve sizes on these engines in spec'ing up my cylinder head.
heres the standard size
inlet:
stem dia:6mm
stem length:103mm
head diameter:31mm
exhaust:
stem dia:6mm
stem length:103mm
head diameter:27.4mm
if your after prices on them then we can supply both standard and group a race valves.

all x14xe, c16xe and x16xe valves are the same size as listed above

i have a full set of standard ones forsale, or will you be after some grp a ones?
we did a gti 16v engine with the big valves, infact i believe we have one in stock still.... made a massive difference to the power

prob do you some group a valves for £15+vat per valve (compared to sbd 18+vat)
standard valves, dunno, take them off my hands they are mine to give away. depends what revs you want to pull etc! i did have a complete set with 3 stage cut heads on them, but i bent 4. as for the head with the bigger valves in, ill have to get you a price on monday for it

should see 200bhp with the right cam spec and good head work, what cams you using?

Cam choice isn't finalised yet but probably 809's.
I'm waiting for QEP's dyno room to be finished as he has a similar spec but smaller cc engine waiting to go on for testing which has 809's fitted.

you wont get a true reading of the engines potential on the road from a dyno tho.
you know of Bics 106 maxi? we did the old head for the old engine, when it was a silver car. that has the x16xe valves in it

The dyno will give a good indication of power.
