I understand that you have a set amount of times to change regions on Laptops.
But i have a problem
I can't change it anymore, even though i still have more times to change it.
I get the message :
Unable to update region setting. Please make sure the drive contains a region 2 media and you have administration privilege.
Can anybody help me?

You could try using DVD Region Free.
http://www.dvdidle.com/dvd-region-free.htm
It does cost, but can be 'bought' from the special shop.

You only have a set number of changes before it is permanent. The only way to get 5 changes back is to flash with a new firmware. Something that should only be done if really necessary.
As James said region free software is the only way. An alternative is anydvd from slysoft.
