I know this is possible cause I used to do it at my old work, I just cant remeber how.

Basically I want to do the following

Copy Laptop C:My Documents to Desktop C:My Documents (copying only changed or new files)

Then copy Desktop C: My Document to H:My Documents (Backup Drive),(copying only changed or new files) and Laptop C:My Documents (copying only changed or new files)

I think it is called a batch file

All three will be conected via wireless network and the mapped drives are already set up. File will be run from Desktop which can see all drives

To make it easier the drive mappngs are

C: Desktop
H: Laptop
E: Backup Drive
