skysports have said today that in the match day program, luton chairman as said that all the selling of top players was mike newell's choice.

He didn't really help things by saying every player has a price, and that he won't stop players leaving to progress their career's.

Being that I am a Luton fan, i'm glad they sacked him. He sold all are best players to get money for a new stadium, and whats the point of building a stadium if your gonna be religated from the Championship.
