What should I go for?

I currently have this - http://www.pcworld.co.uk/product.php?sku=469683

It's been fine for what I need, the problem is the broken screen

It runs out of RAM (I think) quite a lot, when loading big threads full of pictures, or using photoshop, so I could do with more (if that is what the problem is )

So, I need something similar, but maybe better, if possible.
