Aup any got limewire mines started downloadin vidoes into some stupid fprmat how do i change it back to windows media?cheers.

do you not mean wmv?
wma stands for windows media audio.. and would be a song or sound clip.

there is a shareware version downloadable from google.search limewire freeware and download it.then search on limewire for limewire pro 4.10.12 which is the latest version of it and best too!
