Pretty much in a straight line, same height as the side repeater.

yeah you can buy them.......but vauxhall will probably take ages to give you the right ones...you will probz get two sets of pre 97 ones and a post 97 set in 3 and 5 door before you get the right ones!

There are two types, those with a cut out for the badge and those which go all the way to the edge of the door. Make sure you get the right ones depending on whether you want a badge or not.
The ones with the cut out are also sided as the cut is at a slant, same as the edge of the standard badge.
Also when fitting, start at the back of the door and butt the stripe up to the gap, otherwise if you measure to the front of the door you will have a big gap between the two halves of the stripe.

Not at all.
Go to Vauxhall, say you want red door strips off a Corsa B SRi, 1993 if you want the cut out, 1996 if you don't.
Four parts in total, might be either three or four part numbers depending on whether the rear sections are sided.

All 4 sections are sided IIRC, to angle at the door shut.

I gaurentee they wont be cheap, although its like a bit of rubber/plastic they can be very expensive, we once had some for a Micra at work and it was like 40 odd for the front and 20 for the rear, each side.
