Searches and valuations came back yesterday; only points were that the upstairs front bedroom window glass had blown; it needs a kitchen and the interior decor requires updating - everything else was spot on no major or minor issues.

Mortgage and everythng is in place; but a friend of ours has pushedthe motgage through so we can complete within a week now; however she's suggested we hold off until the 20th April so that we dont get a roll over month of repayments; so as of 2th we should be ready to start knocking walls down.
I can not fault or recommend highly enough Britannia - everything has been top notch and smooth
