Does this connect wirelessly to your controller or the xbox itself?
Reason i ask is because i use the headset to talk to friends over Live when im playing a game on the PC. But every so often the conroller turns itself off due to it being idle and therefore cuts the conversation

Well it obviously has something to do witht he controller then

connects to the console. It must do because my controller has gone dead after 15mins of inactivity and i was still able to chat to people.
Just don't let your dog get hold of it

Yea i know that I just thought if the wireless headset connects to the controller aswell, then it wouldnt solve my problem by getting one
