exhausts blowing from the joint from cat to back box..... been fitted poorly i think

tryed paste.... doesn't work for long

what should i try next.... can you get flexibled bandages or just the metal type if not would duck tape/medical tape set alight any ideas other than take off and fit again

well, if it's old, just replace it, it'll be cheaper than messing around with repairs, if it's new, get it refitted by someone who knows how to do it

It won't cost you anything to have it re-sealed, if you take it where your mate works. Where I used to work, if something didn't fit right, we'd sort it free of charge.

Duck tape will melt, you'll want proper exhaust seal tape, but it's more money than it's worth.

was done on his front drive Exhaust seal tape..... does it work or is it just like paste.. a myth

I went to AFL in leyland an got a bandage for mine cos it was blowing, its only temporary till it gets welded though cost 3.99

paste does work if it's used right.

seriously, a garage will sort it for less than the exhaust tape will cost you.
