Might be tempted to make the main heading text slightly bigger too just to make it stand out a little more but looks much better now with decent pictures.

there is nothing incorrect about using tables, however i will redo them in css in good time

I really hope clients dont see your site then, as regardless of if you do good work or not, if I was looking for a webdesign firm then Id atleast expect their site to be amazing!!

draw those arrows on the front page that size, look a little distorted as made them large.

looks much better. why are they closed weekends though as i'm guessing thats when most people will have spare time to go
also you don't need any capitals on "state of the art" and "personal training" on index page
