I have a 1995 Corsa Sri and want new springs and am wondering which are best for handling. I already have GMax dampers so just want springs.
Also Are Powerflex bushes worth buying, will they improve the handling too?

if you want handling then go for shocks, springs, uprated anti roll bars, struct braces
a car doesnt have to be low to handle well

powerflex bushes wont make as much difference as using adjustable dampers etc.. to be honest i dont think they will make much difference changing the bushes. they are a bastid to do anyway.

The "BEST" are Eibach without a doubt. Not gonna be the best drop, but the best handling.

They are a bit pricy though.
To be honest lowering is only a step on the way to getting better handling.
Lowering on springs and shocks, then putting struct braces on should give you a fair improvement, if you car doesn't have anti-roll (sorry I dont know if all corsa's come with them) then go get one from down a scrappies.

Eibach are pricey, but you get what you pay for. I've got a set on my Vectra, and I'm very happy with the handling.
Also, Eibach are one of the few companies that actually design all the springs to run with standard dampers - they're also more heavily road tested than most, to guarantee they perform well.

Not got a corsa but Bilstein are meant to be the best on Nova's and with similar set ups I would have thought they would be right. Contact courtenay or someone and ask for tarmac spec rally springs.
There is loads you can do to improve handling, losing weight is one of the best ways. Wouldn't bother with strut braces, put the money towards some better springs and shocks.

I found PVD to be the cheapest place.
I then got a local garage to match their price as I needed them to fit them and then to the allignment too.
I also phone Eibach to get a list of dealers near me in Leicestershire. There based near Hinckley in Leics but won't sell directly.
