I played it, it runs flawlessly for myself at full graphics on a 20" widescreen!
But alot of people have had problems with it, same with most games.
Ive found the singleplayer to be very gripping and its a very addictive game. The multiplayer ive not bothered with 
Id say go for it, the sneaking in it, which I would have prefered it to be more like the theif series is either bugged or lame, but it has a good following for mods and appendages which people have made to customise their playing experience..
I give it a big thumbs up get it

I struggled with the graphics card before, x800gto2, as the full dynamic lighting was abit much for 16 pipelines, but the new graphics card has done its job spectuacullyullyully
