Was working fine a couple of days ago - now it doesn't move, engine is still getting warm as normal as heaters are working ok.
No ECU light so guessing it's not the sensor (unless that doesn't trigger the EML?), any idea where the Coolent Temp sensors are located on a C16XE lump?
Also I seem to have a small water leak coming from somewhere near the drivers side of the rad as there is a small stream of steam coming from there occasionally - could this be related to the temp gauge issue?

The ecu coolant temp sender is a different one than what supplies the dash.
The one for the dash is the smaller one, on the thermostat housing with a spade terminal.

Thanks guys, will go ch ch ch check it out now and report back
EDIT: Yep the little spade connector on the smaller sensor had come off, I got a pair of pliers and squashed the spade a bit and put it back on nice and tight so it shouldn't come off anymore
Cheers people
