While having a colour coding session earlier on, I found that behind the circulation switch in the centre console,there is holes for vauxhall switches like the figlite switches, and I think these are for heated seats, it looks like the loom is behind,has anyone tried tracking this down? I got a corsa B sxi,and was hoping to convert it to heated seats-is there any other corsa bs with heated seats?

heat mats can be used from any vaux and the switches are universal you do need the cover with holes cut for the switches. oh and get the heat mats under the fabric of the seats too

by the way calidus you carnt buy the panel for the buttons to go in from vauxhall as they dont make one for some stupid reason...ive tried to get one from local vauxhall parts and ive also looked on epc and nothing on there either.

where do mats go i take its in between fabric and sponge? do you know if switches are live? can you just fit switches and mats and hey presto?
there was an earlier post that said ya can get panels from vox at bout £7!

I really wanna fit some creature comforts in my car, if I have to buy a blank panel from vauxhall and cut recesses for the switches then that makes my car that bit more individual.
I know where there is a guide to fit the kit to a nova,using volvo 340 elements(apparently the heated seats and central locking etc are the same equipment as on vauxhalls, just badged up differently,makes sense)

the only thing i cannot understand is that the option o n the corsa cdx is leather heated seats and they panel with the heated seat switches is in them so they must do a panel for them??? but vauxhall could not find a part number for it and i was there nearly 30 mins

its a 2000 sport
Tryin to get hold of epc at the mo dont know wots happenin with it
are they any good does it automatically open on any pc?
can you do a copy of it for a few dinaros?

i got heated seats and you can buy the pannel for the switches as i just got mine the other week but wireing was a real tw@t to find so i just run a wire from the back of each switch

how did you fit heat pads?
thought switches were live already?

i did my seats wen i had my retrim. otherwise u guna end up with ur seats fallin to bits.

no relays needed rick it runs off fuse 18 cos mine was pre wired just pulled out my heater controls and cuththe red and black wire run a wire to my seats and conected it to the red and black on myseat and wired the brown to an earth

Ive fitted the switches tonight and they work are the wires under the seats and i presume all you need to do is put the heater pads in and plug them in???
