Tom, yeah it was the same for me too took forever and had black hands for days!
I think we may lower it, only 30mm though. Nothing too low.

Lex- They are the standard wheels that come on the Energy models, so they are 49 offset and 15"
Yeah i think we'll get some eibachs Stavs. And cheers but she doesn't like the SXI wheels.

Well i had to get new wheel arches first off as the skirts wouldn't have fitted with the old ones. I bought all the brackets and fixings from vauxhall, so they are fitted exactly the same as a normal Corsa. I had to drill and rivet the brackets on and then clip the skirts to them.

How about the plugs that go onto the pegs underneath the sill though?
Presumably you just drilled through and riveted the long section for the plastic brackets on the side?

yeah i drilled and riveted the along the side of the car. As for underneath, i drilled and used bolts with big washers on them as Vauxhalll didn't supply us with the proper fixings.
