I am getting stressed out here

At the moment i send an Email off my outlook and when people receive this email it says in the who from bar :-
MYNAME [example@btinternet.com]

I want to have it say
MYNAME [example@corsasport.com]
OR
MYNAME [example@vox-all.com]

HELP...!!!!

Tools > Accounts > Mail

Select BTInternet account.

Properties (i think) then just run through the tabs and change the details to what you want. Straight forward.

Presumably it's the same as my Outlook 2007 then...

Try..

Tools > Account Settings

Your account should be listed there.

Click on it, then click "change" just above.

Then the first two input boxes that appear should be "Your name" and "Email address". Change those to "Beardy" and "beardy@vox-all.co.uk" or whatever.

How do i sent up so i can receive emails to say beardy@voxall?

You need to know what the pop3 details are for the server you're using.

If it's a decent provider then you'll have your own mail server address, something like mail.vox-all.com
