Hi, recently my window wipers have been getting stuck on my windscreen. It only occurs when i have them on level 1. also if i use them on a higher level when i turn them off, they dont always go back to the bottom position. Just curious on what the cause of this in & how to fix it?

have a look at the point where theres a hinge at the bottom of the wiper arm. Sometimes the arms get bent so they are quite wobbly and dont go back to where they belong.
Shouldnt cost many £ to get a new set from a scrapper

Level 2 and above have a stronger movement and may be without you realising the wipers are not functioning correct at all?
What about lifting the blades off the glass and then test the wiper - that way the motor will not be over loaded?

could just be the stalk, can pick em up for a fiver, i know i have 3 spare

I was wondering it could be the wiper linkage system on its way out.
the motor is under high load while Level 2 and above is selected. level one and the load is not so high there for it may be getting stuck. let us know how u get on
