I paid £620 for mine, with tyres (which were not the budget shitty ones), so £155 a wheel with tyre, fitted, balanced and full of air, direct form Compomotive.

You'd think so, but I went from 16" wheels to 15" wheels of the same offset and width, and the car was infinitely better to drive.

sorry, mistype, they are £114 per wheel.

and as rob said, the handling difference is immediately noticable on 15's.

Personally I have always thought 15's on a Corsa look far to small and Im afraid I think the same this time I really want to like them but IMO the 16's look waaaay better. I know you've done it for handling but I think all this 15's 16's 17's, which is best for handling mumbo jumbo is a load of bull. I driven all three sizes in anger round various tracks and I have to say the 17's are easily the best for me!!! Im running 17" Mo's with Reylands (ET49 and they clear by the way) and I feel that on fast circuits the 17's are a much better wheel to use. The car just feels so much more stable at high speeds. Turn in is defo better on small rims, but it doesn't stop me exiting a corner slower on the bigger rims.

Defo do the Rims a dark colour

exactly neil, down to personal preferance.

we have a place accross the road that build mini coopers and clio sports for race use, some drivers have 16" wheels, some even use 14" wheels.
