maybe you came across a recon box or summit eck, or even a rallye box on it but both boxes are 100% the same normally , why would they make identical engines, identical shells etc etc with a different gear box, it wouldnt make logical or financial sense

my GTi in 5th:

2k = 40mph
3k = 60mph
4k = 80mph
5k = 100mph

Absolutly bang on these figures.

p.s. i have never been over 71mph.

and jas who owns a vts said his does 60mph at 3k

in fact why am i arguing this lol I know they are the same gearboxes i have physically been to both citroen and peugeot about getting a gearbox and both gave me the same part number, i even asked for a vts gearbox at citroen as to not appear like "why are you asking for a peugeot part here"

Same engine (apart from sticker on top) & same box.

I look forward to doing 60mph @ 4.6k rpm in 5th.
