I currently have this pipe:

and need one like this (or similar at least.. ignore crappy photoshop..):

Can anyone tell me the different engines or years the bottom one is off? or if someone has one I can buy off them?

why does the other little outlet need to be on the corner? is it too tight inside for it to fit properly?

Yea its too tight currently, pipes rub and split..

Don't think so. I have a full LET Roose hose kit here.

There isn't a silicone alternative for the hard pipe.

The top plastic pipe is from a C20LET engine in the Cav / Cal where the header tank is on the left hand side.
The bottom plastic pipe is from a C20XE in an Astra MK3 where the header tank is on the right hand side.
On both plastic pipes the port which is in the same place is hosed up to the heater matrix.
The other ports are hosed up to the bottom of the header tank, respectively to the Astra or Cav / Cal.
