well everttime i go 2 boot my other computer i get to the blue windows welcome screen and it then reboots itself. any idea what that could be

driver problem / faulty install / hard drives not configured properly in the bios

Could be many things, quickest way to sort that is usually a reinstall of Windows if you have the CD.
Do you have any data on there that you want to keep?

dont even need to reinstall if you have the cd, bung it in, it will try and find an exisiting windows installation which it should, then gives you the option of a repair installation, no need to lose anything
