Just a quick question before I throw them in the oven..
Is there any sort of seasoning I should be putting on them?

Cut them up, put them in the microwave for 2/3minutes to get them nice and soft, then put them in the chip pan with normal cooking oil.
Whilst they are in the pan, keep shaking/swirling the pan so the chips don't stick together etc...
